The Client Service Advocate
The Client Service Advocate ensures that SFPP's pension benefit administrator, Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS), delivers on its commitments to provide excellent client service.
If you disagree with an administrative decision made by APS that affects your pension plan status or benefit payments, you may request an administrative review.

You can contact the Special Forces Pension Board management team with inquiries related to Plan policies and governance, such as:
